This Privacy Policy regulates the collection and processing of personal details provided by the Users, when the access, browse or use the functionalities of the Website.

The purpose to collect your personal data is to make available the download of Biblos SW.
The BIBLOS is ESA project to build end to end mission performance simulator. The website will be public available in internet and add to Internet search engine like google and bing.
Website provide download software and documents from BIBLOS project after registration and confirmation by BIBLOS team. Before the regeneration and confirmation, the software and documents are not possible to download. The users can contact to BIBLOS team using three different contact form.
Contacts forms
The non register users can only access to form “Contact website” where can ask about website if example something not working on website. The fields to be provided are email, subject and message.
Registered users after login in have two additional contact form:
– Contact with generic contact with BIBLOS team. The fields to be provided are email, subject, and message.
– Software Problem Report with form to report software problem report. The fields to be provided are Name & Surname, email, subject, description, Affected Item (Class, File, Inputs/Outputs, etc.), environment description, Cause and Proposed Solution.
All information’s from contact forms are stored in unencrypted database and not have backup policy. Only password of users is stored in encrypted form used MD5 algorithm. All mails from contact form are forward to [email protected] mail administrate by IT.
The legal basis for the processing of such data is based on the non-registered or registered user’s consent.
The data shall be kept for a period of one year for this purpose unless other periods are applicable.
User registration
The user registration is using registration form in website. https://gmv-biblos.gmv.com/login-registration
The user must add data in field:
Username, First Name, Last Name, Email (only University, Institution or Company email), Confirm Email, contact phone, Country, University, Institution or Company, Legal ID number (e.g VAT number) of Company, Institution or University, Number, contact phone to University, Institution or Company, please, indicate intended use, Password, Confirm Password.
The user before click “Create account” must confirm “Terms and conditions” (separate page https://gmv-biblos.gmv.com/terms-and-conditions), and checkbox with “I agree to receive information from the Website related to the software (news, releases, updates, workshops, etc.)”
After BIBLOS team receive information about user registration can approve or decline user. The rules about approve or decline user registration is restricted by ESA and ESA license.
The legal basis for processing the data is established in the successful execution of the contract to formalize the registration.
The data shall be kept for as long as the user remains registered on the website.
Sending mails
All registered users can receive mail from BIBLOS team. This feature provides using administration panel send mail to many users. These communications shall be based on the contractual relationship when they relate exclusively to the BIBLOS software.
